With five principles with extensive and successful banking and mortgage banking careers totaling over 100 years the directors have come together under the leadership of Founder, President and CEO Darnisha Thompson.

All Dominion Mortgage and Financial Services is headquartered in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois but serves the entire country as a commercial and residential mortgage broker. As a full service mortgage broker we have developed a few niches based on the experience and contacts of our directors.

• Former VP-Regional Market Development Consultant at Wells Fargo managing products/program, production goals, training/development and emerging markets (2005-2008)
  • Directed strategic planning and leadership within Midwest /East region influencing  sales and operations team of 70;
  • Managed multiple projects and training on products/programs, business relationships and partners with brokers, consumers & non-profit and governmental entities to build brand and reputation.
